Lest we lose faith in the beauty of humanity,
Our voices, though now, raised to vanity,
Will continue to outgrow the waves of adversity
Till all man shall hear, that which is, our Story
To those who said that we were weak
Because our womb opened up to swallow blood,
Are you able to conceive –
How it feels like to be enslaved to Aid?
Who is really weak?
You that brainwash us into silence
Because you fear the revelation of your crimes – or
We the bearers of its Scars – who choose to Educate?
Lest we get weary in the fight for Accountability,
For the exploitation of all our fertile lands,
The childhoods stolen, and the hopes broken,
Will haunt you until the restitution of our Dignity
