Life's fragility equals it to, an egg
A single second of negligence
and it is as shattered, scattered
and as miserably broken
as the tiny little pieces of a wasted glass -
Try to walk on it carelessly, then,
It wounds the foot
Like the twinkling of an eye,
At a speed faster than a flash of light,
Life handled without care, vanishes -
It takes one bullet,
One wrong injection,
One misplaced cable,
It only takes one second
For dear precious life
To be put to an abrupt end
Those who wrongfully
Accuse or abuse others,
do not realise that,
it only takes one sentence
to ruin a reputation;
only one second to ruin
the rest of a little girl's life -
It only takes one wrongful act
to create a perpetual chain of wrongs -
One single moment can cause
a thousand more future harm
And one selfish decision
Can put a whole population to death
Wow my poet sister... that's nice!! I wish you could expand your idea a bit further but it's fine!! Congrats!!
